At our learning center, our after school academics and summer camps aim to challenge and engage students, support their progress, and build confidence and independence. We provide a wide range of after school learning and summer programs meticulously designed to enhance students' critical and creative thinking skills, focusing on literacy, math, logic, problem-solving, narrative and expository writing, vocabulary development, public speaking, and grammar instruction. Our students come together in small, intimate groups of 4-6 to read captivating short stories. Comprehension questions are crafted with a focus on text evidence-based responses that build upon grammar and vocabulary knowledge.

MATH/LOGIC CLASSES

Our center provides a unique learning experience for students in small groups of 4-6, where they can practice and develop their foundational and advanced mathematical skills. Our curriculum focuses on word problems as the core of the program, and by introducing students to age-appropriate logic puzzles such as sudoku, matrix logic, tangrams, etc., we help them hone their critical thinking and reasoning abilities.

At our school, we incorporate writing instruction into our reading classes. Reading classes include integrated writing instruction for all grade levels. Through the use of engaging short stories, students are provided with the opportunity to practice their writing skills in the form of accompanying grade-appropriate narrative and expository assignments. Our approach helps to develop strong reading comprehension and writing abilities from an early age.
